Trusted Wedding Suppliers

Having worked in the wedding industry for many years, Mobile Beats has built strong working relationships with a network of trusted suppliers across Scotland.

These are professionals we know personally, have worked alongside at real weddings, and would confidently recommend. This isn’t a directory or paid listing. Every supplier featured here has been selected based on genuine experience.

Venues

The Den at Culross (Fife)

A beautifully restored barn with a relaxed, rustic feel and real character.

We’ve performed here multiple times, and it’s one of those venues where everything is properly thought through, from layout to lighting. The space works perfectly for full-day weddings, with everything you need on site.

The venue team are excellent. Friendly, organised, and easy to work with, which makes a noticeable difference on the day.

Comrie Croft (Perthshire)

A unique countryside venue set within woodland, offering a relaxed, festival-style setting with plenty of character.

We’ve worked here at weddings where the focus is on a laid back atmosphere, and the space lends itself well to that. The barn has a great feel once it’s set up, and it works particularly well for couples looking for something a bit different from a traditional venue.

The team are approachable and helpful, and the flexibility of the space allows for a more personalised setup throughout the day.

Old Fruitmarket (Glasgow)

A well-known Glasgow venue with a lot of history behind it, and the scale to handle a proper large wedding.

We’ve performed here at weddings where the space gives it more of a concert feel than a typical reception. With capacity for several hundred guests, high ceilings, and a wide open floor, it allows for a full setup without ever feeling cramped.

It’s a venue people recognise, and that sense of tradition comes through. When the room fills and everything comes together, it creates a strong atmosphere and a real sense of occasion.

Wedding Content Creators

Unplugged Edits

A wedding content creator capturing the day in a really natural, relaxed way, focusing on the moments as they happen.

Relive the in-between bits, the atmosphere, the reactions, and everything that gives the day its feel. The kind of content couples can look back on straight away, and share with family and friends on social media.

For transparency, this is a family connection. That said, the recommendation is based on the standard of work. Kirsty isexcellent at what she does and adds real value to the day, which is why she’s included here.

Flowers

Rainbow Heart Flowers

A brilliant independent florist covering Glasgow and the Central Belt, creating natural, elegant arrangements that really elevate a wedding space.

We’ve seen their work at weddings where everything feels properly considered and pulled together. The styling is soft and refined, and it fits seamlessly into the setting without ever feeling forced.

Reliable, organised, and easy to work with throughout, which makes a genuine difference on the day.

Pipers

CWH Piping

Professional wedding piper covering Scotland, bringing a traditional element to key moments throughout the day.

We’ve worked alongside Connor and the team at CWH Piping at weddings where timing and coordination are important, and everything is handled properly. From guest arrival through to key transitions, it adds something that stands out without overcomplicating things.

Reliable and easy to work with on the day, which makes a real difference when everything is running to schedule.

Photography & Video

Blue Juice Media

A great father and son team covering Glasgow and the Central Belt, offering both photography and videography with everything handled in one place.

We’ve worked alongside them at weddings where they bring a good balance of personality and professionalism. Friendly, easy to get on with, and they know how to put people at ease, which shows in what they capture.

They cover everything from the main moments through to drone footage, and it’s all done properly without making a big thing of it. Solid to work with on the day, and the end result is brilliant.

Sax

Saxingh

A top level sax player known for bringing real energy to the dancefloor at the right moments.

We’ve worked alongside Saxingh at weddings and he knows exactly when to step in and lift the room.

Strong personality, confident on the floor, and an outstanding entertainer.

Eliot J Sax

A highly talented sax player performing across Scotland and beyond, bringing a more sophisticated, understated style to a high energy wedding setting.

We’ve worked alongside Eliot at weddings where everything just flows properly. He reads the room well, comes in at the right moments.

Genuinely a nice guy and very easy to work with, which makes a huge difference on the day. Reliable, consistent, and quietly delivers every time. Exceptional.
